4. Yonsei University: A private research university in Seoul, South Korea. Founded in 1885, it was the first modern Western medical institution in South Korea. Although the majority of programs are taught in Korean, there are still programs (particularly in the field of humanities and diplomacy) fully taught in English for undergraduate and graduate students to choose from. The general tuition fee for international students can range from 4,299,000 KRW to 8,202,000 KRW per semester.
5. University of Tokyo: A public research university in Tokyo, Japan. It is considered as the country's most prestigious university. The university features 10 faculties, 15 graduate schools and operates through 3 campuses. Bachelor of Science degree (Global Science Course transfer program) and Graduate Schools of Engineering, Public Policy, Science, Arts, Frontier Sciences, Information Science and Technology are the programs that are fully taught in English. The general tuition fee can range from ¥535,800 to ¥642,960 per year.
